Double Plastic Injection

Double plastic injection, sometimes known as 2 material 2 shot molding, is where Yomura's pride lies. Double plastic injection is a process using one injection machine, and where are double injections in one cycle. The first nozzle injects into the first mold, and then the tool rotates, ready for the second injection, where the final result of the whole process forms. The success of double plastic injection relies heavily on mold design and material knowledge to have a strongly bonded result.
