Single Injection Molding is a standard process that YOMURA TECHNOLOGIES excels at. Our YangMei plant is equipped with a resin feeder system to increase yield rates for mass volume production.

Reinforced Single Injection
Single Injection projects can also be reinforced with a variety of materials for extra strength. This is useful for applications such as mechanical gear assemblies, various medical devices, mechanical devices, lighting bezels, connectors, electrical components, distribution boxes and fiber optic cable jackets.
Materials : {Nylon, PPS, PC, POM, PBT/PET, PPO} x { Fiber Carbon, Glass Fiber Glass(GF), Fiber Metal }
Examples : PBT+30%GF, POM + 30% GF, PPO + Fiber Carbon
