Following the design phase of your product, we build prototypes to test the DFM manufacturablity and any industry compliances. Prototyping may occur multiple times at various points in the design and planning stages for a project. With Moldex3D analysis technology & parameters, Yomura can now perform in-depth simulation on a wide range of injection molding processes?to optimize product designs and manufacturability.? We are able to obtain critical information in detail from simulation, such as plastic flow patterns and temperature distribution inside the mold. The wide range of materials specs in our database also helps material combination optimization.


Yomura employs Moldflow advanced plastic flow simulation software to ensure a wide range of typical molding defects are identified and avoided. We have the ability to predict how plastic parts fill, shrink, cool and warp that gives us a powerful and in-depth insight to the injection molding process, allowing critical decisions to be made with confidence – and significantly reducing project risk.?


Yomura uses PowerMILL’s software to provide comprehensive range of patented high speed machining and multi-axis toolpath strategies, raceline and trochoidal machining, allow us to tackle the most difficult and challenging parts whilst achieving faster machining times, reduced tool loads and make smoother surface finishes.


The use of Pro/E, Solidworks & Autocad allow Yomura complete inter-operability in a diverse range of industries, from 3C and military projects to aerospace, automotive and medical parts. We can interface with our customer's designers and engineers in any location globally to deliver the right solution.
